Solvent Violet 59 is a non-flammable solid according to EU method A.10 and did not deliver indications of pyrophoric properties during the realization of other tests. Therefore the determination according to UN-MTC Procedure N.2 is not necessary. The chemical structure of the substance contains no metals or metalloids. Testing according to UN-MTC procedure N.5 is not necessary with reference to Appendix 6, chapter 5.3..
