Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Adsorption/desorption:

The Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e. Koc value of test chemical  was estimated using EPI suite KOCWIN Program (v2.00) as 6.523e+008 L/kg (log Koc= 8.8145) by means of MCI method at 25 deg. C.  This log Koc value indicates that test chemical  has very strong sorption to soil and therefore test chemical has negligible migration potential to ground water.

Additional information

Adsorption/desorption:

Two different studies have been reviewed for test chemical and its read across chemical for adsorption endpoint of test chemical and their results are summarized below.

In first study the Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e. Koc value of test chemical  was estimated using EPI suite KOCWIN Program (v2.00) as 6.523e+008 L/kg (log Koc= 8.8145) by means of MCI method at 25 deg. C.

Another study was reviewed from authoritative database (HSDB) in this study the adsorption coefficient (Koc) value was calculated using a structure estimation method based on molecular connectivity indices. The adsorption coefficient (Koc) value of test substance was estimated to be 29200 dimensionless (Log Koc = 4.4653).

By considering results of both the studies log Koc value was determined to be in range of 4.4653- 8.8145 This range log Koc value indicates that the substance has a very strong sorption to soil and sediment and therefore has negligible migration potential to ground water.
