Acute toxicity studies on fish, daphnia and algae are available. Additionally the test substance has been tested in a chronic test on daphnia. No toxic effects on aquatic organisms has been observed in the available studies. Therefore, the test substance is not considered to be harmful to aquatic organisms. Furthermore, the test substance is readily biodegradable.
