Conclusion on classification

Short-term toxicity values are available for three trophic levels in freshwater (plants, invertebrates and fish). The lowest short-term toxicity value was found in Daphnia magna: 48-h EC50 = 15.9 mg/L. Long-term toxicity values are only available for plants. The lowest long-term toxicity value was found in Lemna gibba: 7-d NOErC = 0.375 mg/L. The substance is not bioaccumulative but considered not rapidly biodegradable. Corresponding to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008, Table 4.1.0 b) ii), the substance is classified as Aquatic Chronic 2 - H411.
