Hazardous Combustion Products: Gives off irritating or toxic fumes/gases in a fire. Releases Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide.

Accidental release measures

Land Spill: Contain spill and pump into containers for disposal. Avoid run off into sewers and storm drains. Contain small spills and absorb with an inert material, such as sand and vermiculite.

Personal Protection: Use splash proof goggles. Use approved polyvinyl alcohol or rubber gloves. Use approved respirator. Use protective clothing.

Stability and reactivity

General: Stable under normal warehousing, handling and use conditions.
Incompatable Materials and Conditions to Avoid: Strong oxidizing agents.
Hazardous Decomposition: Substance decomposes on heating producing irritating fumes. Reacts with strong oxidants.

Disposal considerations

Incineration by a permitted hazardous waste facility in accordance with local and national legislation is the preferred method of disposal.
