Additional information

In a guideline (OECD 201) and GLP study, the toxicity of the substance to Selenastrum capricornutum was found to be low. The 72 hour EC50 of Solvent 14 to Selenastrum capricornutum was estimated to be 1075mg/l using the biomass integral and 2490 mg/l by growth rate calculation. The 48 hour EC50 was 1054 mg/l by biomass integral and 1686mg/l by growth rate. The EC10 (78hr growth) was estimated as 450mg/l.
