Bioconcentration factors at a steady state were determined to be 46 (10 µg/L) and ≤ 36 (1 µg/L) in an OECD 305 Guideline GLP study with 6:2 FTOH.
The underlying hypothesis for the read-across is the test substance is transformed metabolically to 6:2 FTOH. Additional documentation, provided within IUCLID, supports the read-across approach.
