Additional information

Tertbutylphenyl diphenyl phosphate is a lipophylic substance with a log Kow of 4.68 and a calculated log Koc of 3.89 (using the "predominatly hydrophobics" QSAR of EUSES 2.1) . The potential to bioaccumulate is also evident in the BCF value of 1850. Tertbutylphenyl diphenyl phosphate is readily biodegradable and in a river-die-away test, the half-life was found to be 1 day at 24 ºC. Therefore it is expected that tertbutylphenyl diphenyl phosphate will not accumulate in sediment or soils to any significant extent.
