Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

MMD= 113 µm
d10= 18 µm
d90= 1217 µm

Additional information

The granulometric analysis (particle size distribution) was carried out by laser diffraction according to ISO 13320-1, with evaluation according to Fraunhofer.

Additionally data on particle size distribution are as follows:

ca. 46%= <100µm

ca. 5.4%= <10µm

ca. 1.3%= <4µm

In case of using intensive shear forces and adding surface active substances and/or solvents (e.g. as a preparation for transmission electron microscopy) agglomerates and/or aggregates can be visualised, which may contain primary particles smaller than 100 nm.
