Description of key information

The density of Rosin ester substances ranges from 1004 kg/m3 to 1090 kg/m3.

The density of Resin acids and rosin acids, esters with diethylene glycol has been determined to be 1064 kg/m3 at 20.0 ± 0.5°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Two GLP-compliant studies, conducted according to OECD Method 109, were provided for Resin acids and rosin acids, esters with diethylene glycol (Safepharm Laboratories Limited, 1997a; Case Consulting, 1998a).
