The substance aluminium tri-isopropylate is hygroscopic and hence dissociates to isopropanol and aluminium hydroxide immediately upon contact with water or moisture. Neither isopropanol nor aluminium hydroxide fulfil any of the PBT/vPvB criteria and hence aluminium tri-isopropylate is not considered PBT or vPvB under REACH.
