Executive summary:

The pH of the undiluted test substance and of 1% (w/v) aqueous mixtures of the test substance was measured using a Titrino 716 DMS (Metrohm, Herisau, Switzerland) according to CIPAC Method MT 75.3. The pH of the test substance was 7.4. The pH of the 1% (w/v) aqueous mixtures was 6.3.
