Additional information

-Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna): 48h-EC50 = 0.91 mg/L (reference 6.1.3-1)

-Toxicity to algae (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata): 72h-ErC50 = 1.05 mg/L, 72h-NOEC = 0.13 mg/L (reference 6.1.5-1)

- Biodegradation in water: screening test: After 28-d test 4.70 % biodegradation of the test substance occurred. Therefore, the test substance is considered to be not readily biodegradable (reference 5.2.1-1)

Conclusion on classification

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Based on these results, the substance is classified as short term (acute) aquatic toxicity Category 1 (M-Factor = 1; H400: Very toxic to aquatic life) and classified as long term (chronic) aquatic toxicity category 1 (M-Factor=1; H410: Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended for the fifteenth time in Regulation (EU) No 2020/1182.
