Available genetic toxicity test for the crude mix N3/N4-mixture were negative in 3 in vitro test according to modern OECD-guideline (OECD TG 471, 473 and 476).

Endpoint Conclusion: No adverse effect observed (negative)

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the results of the in vitro and in vivo genetic toxicity studies, the substance does not need to be classified according to the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
