Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In this study, northern pike eggs (Esox lucius) of 24 up to 144 h after fertilization were exposed to a control and a series of sulfide concentrations for 96 h up to 17 days under either hypoxic or normoxic conditions. The LC50 values varied from 0.022 (96 h exposure, eggs of 60 h after fertilization, hypoxia) to 0.058 mg H2S/L (96 h exposure, eggs of 24 h after fertilization, hypoxia). All LC50 values (whether obtained under normoxic or hypoxic conditions) were very similar.
