Key result
Sample tested:
test mixture as specified
Remarks:
test substance with cellulose in various weight ratios (from 10% to 90%)
Parameter:
burning rate
Result:
0.5 mm/s
Remarks on result:
other: the train did not burn completely

Results of the preliminary:

After applying the flame of burner, the sample ignites but the flame is not spread to the rest of the train. Result is negative.

NI: the train does not ignite.

Burning rate of the train of mixture test substance with cellulose in weight ratio 90% to 10 % is much smaller (the train does not ignite) than maximal burning rate of the reference mixture train.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Remarks:
In the preliminary test there was not a vigorous reaction
Conclusions:
Test item has not oxidizing properties in accordance with EU Method A.17 criteria.
Executive summary:

The determination of the oxidising properties of the test substance was performed according to EU method A.17 and GLP study. Burning rate of the train of mixture test substance with cellulose in weight ratio 90% to 10 % is much smaller (the train does not ignite) than maximal burning rate of the reference mixture train. The test item has no oxidizing properties in accordance with EU Method A.17 criteria.
