Additional information

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of the test item GARDO TP 10451 on the mobility respectively survival of Daphnia magna. Young Daphnia were exposed in a static test to the test item for 48 hours, added to test water at a range of concentrations. The nominal test item concentrations were: 6.3; 12.5; 25; 50 and 100 mg/L. Agreed with the Sponsor analytical measurements of the test item concentrations were not performed during this study because the calculative highest solubility of GARDO TP 10451 (1.1734 ng/L) i s below the lowest level of quantification. Therefore, all reported biological results are related to the nominal concentrations. The EC50 was determined to be higher than 100 mg/L.
