Additional information

Amides, C16-18 (even-numbered) and C18-unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) readilybiodegradable, has a BCF of 81 L/kg and a short estimated half-life in soil ((i.e., 30 days). It can therefore be assumed that no significant long-term exposure of soil macro and micro-organisms, terrestrial plants or birds will occur. As such, secondary poisoning is not considered relevant, thus no PNEC oral for secondary poisoning was derived and no risk assessment on secondary poisoning was performed.
