Conclusions:
Iridial inflammation was observed in one animal, 24 hours after treatment. The effect disappeared by 48 hours. No corneal effects were observed.
Well-defined conjunctival irriation was obersved in all animals with a maximum score of 2. All effects were fully reversible after 4 days of observation.
