Description of key information
In accordance with column 2 Annex VII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), information requirement section 7.6, the test on surface tension (required in section 7.6) was waived as surface activity is not a desired property of morpholinum sulphamate. According to article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 the test item does not consists one or more hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups of such nature and size that it is capable of reducing the surface tension.
