no
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 105 (Water Solubility)

Specific details on test material used for the study:
Storage condition of test material: at room temperature
Key result
Water solubility:
0.669 µg/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
> 6.8 - < 6.9
Details on results:
The content of test substance dissolved in the water sample was 6.99E-7 g/L (0.699 μg/L). The coefficient of variation (CV) (n = 7 at 24 mL/h and n = 9 at 12 mL/h) was ≤ 30% at both flow rates. It demonstrated that the system was equilibrated at all flow rates. The maximum difference (MD) on the mean values of the samples at both flow rates was also ≤ 30%. Based on this, the water solubility of the test substance is given as the mean value of these measurements. The turbidity of the eluates was < 0.2 NTU. According to this, no undissolved particles were detected in the eluates. A small test substance response was detected in the samples from the blank column. Since no test substance was observed in the duplicate (set of) blank sample(s), it was considered to derive from a contamination during sample treatment.
Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test substance at 20°C was determined to be 6.69E-7 g/L (0.669 μg/L) at pH of 6.8 – 6.9.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was determined according to EU Method A.6 and OECD Guideline 105. The column elution method was applied for the determination of the water solubility of the test substance. Under the test conditions, the water solubility of the test substance item at 20°C was 0.669 μg/L at pH of 6.8 – 6.9 (Lammers, 2016).
