QSAR calculations based on CAS: 6990-06-3 and Smiles notation: O=C(C(=C1C2(C(C3(C(C4(CCC(C(C4(CC3))C)O)C)C(C2)O)C)(CC1OC(=O)C)C))CCC=C(C)C)O

The resulting log Koc was = 3.001 (Soil adsorption coefficient).

According to ECHA guideline R7.c adsorption is considered high when Log Koc is above the value 5. Therefore it is concluded that the adsorption of fusidic acid in soil is low.
