Sprague-Dawley
Sex:
male/female

Administration / exposure

Type of coverage:

Details on study design:
Appropriate amount of the test material was applied uniformly to an area of shorn skin (approximately 10% of the total body surface area).
Surgical gauze was placed over the treatment area. Animals were cages individually for the 24-hour exposure period. After removal of the dressings
the animals were returned to group housing. Then, the animals were observed for 14 days and were then killed for gross pathological examination.
