Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The LC50 value of 4-fluoroaniline to Daphnia magna during a 48hr exposure is 3.2 mg/L
Executive summary:

The EC50 value of 4-fluoroaniline to Green algae during a 48 hr exposure is estimated to be 3.2 mg/L.Though short term toxicity values to aquatic species indicate that the chemical could be classified for aquatic toxicity, but since 4-fluoroaniline is readily biodegradable in water and also is very water soluble and given the large dilution possibility in the aquatic environment, it is concluded that 4-fluoroaniline shall not exhibit toxicity to the aquatic organisms and the aquatic environment.
