Additional information

The particle size distributions of the individual forms of the set of similar nanoforms were determined.

Two GLP studies were conducted in accordance with OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals 110 using the Laser diffraction method according to ISO 13320.

The results were as follows:

D10: 3.4 µm       D50: 8.9 µm      D90: 14.8 µm       for form 1 of the substance

The cumulative passing of specific particle sizes are
<100 µm: 100 %       <10 µm: 60.06 %       <4 µm: 11.43 %    for form 1 of the substance

D10: 5.0 µm       D50: 9.7 µm      D90: 17.1 µm       for form 4 of the substance

The cumulative passing of specific particle sizes are
<100 µm: 100 %       <10 µm: 52.51 %       <4 µm: 5.33 %    for form 4 of the substance

In addition two non-GLP studies were conducted equivalent or similar with OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals 110 using the Laser diffraction method according to ISO 13320.

The results were as follows:

D10: 5.8 µm       D50: 11.9 µm      D90: 22.3 µm       for form 2 of the substance

D10: 5.9 µm       D50: 12.3 µm      D90: 21.7 µm       for form 3 of the substance
