Tin, dioctylbis(2,4-pentanedionato-κO2,κO4)- hydrolyses in contact with water at once into Dioctyltin oxide and 2,4 -Pentadione. The sulubility ot Dioctyltin oxide is to low to cause adverse effects. So in this endpoint there is only a consideration of the adverse effects of 2,4 -Pentadione is readily biodegradable in a very short time frame. Si there is no evidence for adverse effects in the environment, too.
