Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): slightly soluble (0.1-100 mg/L)
All replicates of both methods showed good correpondance, but yield slightly divergent results. It was considered that the lower solubility obtained with the flask was caused by the small contact surface of water and test item. According to the BAuA both experiments were reported and the solubility of the test item (result of the column eluation method) is stated as: 11.29 ± 0.256 mg/L . No observations arousing doubts concerning the accuracy of the results and the validity of the study were made.
Executive summary:

The contradictory results were discussed with the regulatory authority BAuA. Following their advice, both experiments are reported and the solubility of the test item is stated as:

11.29 ± 0.336 mg/L at 20 ± 0.5oC

= 11.29 ± 0.336 * 10-3kg/m3(SI units)
