Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The mean surface tension was determined to be 26.2 mN/m at 20°C and thus indicating surface active properties.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of the test item was investigated in a study conducted according to EU Method A.5 (Surface Tension) and OECD Guideline 115 (Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions) and using the ring method. An aqueous solution was prepared with a concentration of about 90% of water solubility. The mean surface tension was determined to be 26.2 mN/m at 20°C. Based on the result, the test item has to be regarded as surface active.
