- Proper weights of the test substance (1.0004 g-1.0009 g) were added into the jar filled with 10 L water. Before the fish were exposed the test solutions were stirred with magnetic force with the speed of 450 rpm for 1 hour. After 1 hour of stirring the speed of the magnetic force rotor was maintained at 200 rpm and then 5 fish was put into the test vessel.
