Additional information

To determine effects of DMP to algae, a study with Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was performed according to OECD TG 201 and according to GLP. The result of the study shows an ErC50 above 100 mg/L after 72 hours and an ErC10 above 100 mg/L [BASF 2022].

This result is supported by an non-GLP algae study according to the German national standard DIN 38412 using Desmodesmus subspicatus as test species. Based on growth rate an EC50 (72 h) of approx. 259.8 mg/L [BASF, 1992] was determined.
