DISCUSSION
The solubility of Fatty Acids, vegetable-oil, Me-Esters, sulfurized in water was determined from the measured areas of test item and the LOQ of the method. During the equilibration time, all measured concentrations in the flasks 1A – 1C lay below the LOQ of the method (< 5 μg/L). Therefore, the test was performed 7 days. The final measurement was performed as determination from flasks 2 – 4 on day 7 and the values lay also below the LOQ. All test solutions showed no Tyndall effect (i.e. a laser beam was not scattered when transmitted through the liquid).
The solubility of the test item in water was stated as lower than 5 μg/L.
No observations arousing doubts concerning the accuracy of the results and the validity of the study were made.
