Description of key information

The substance was tested for toxicity upon repeated oral exposure in rats (according to OECD guideline 407). In the highest dose group (150 mg/kg bw/day) respiration sounds and salivation were observed in both sexes. However, no mortality occured, and no adverse effects were observed upon necropsy or pathological and clincochemical examination. Thus, no classification according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) is required.
