- The flash point of the test item is -27.0 °C under atmospheric conditions (1013.3 hPa).
- Executive summary:
The solvent of the test item is THF. As the literature gave a flash point below 0 °C for pure THF, the test item was submitted to the flash point measurement according to Abel and a preliminary test was not necessary. The final flash point rounded down with an accuracy of 0.5 °C from the mean value of both main tests is -27.0 °C.
