Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

In an OECD 301 F study the ready biodegradability of the test item was determined. Degradation of the reference substance was 86 % after 14 days and , therfore validity criteria were fullfilled. After 28 days the test item was degradated to 87 %, the 10-days window of the test item was fulfilled. The substance is readily biodegradable fulfilling the 10d window.

Biodegradation in water:
readily biodegradable

Additional information

Two OECD 301 studies for biodegradation are available.

In an OECD 301 B study the test item was degradated to 87 % after 28days without fufilling the 10d-window. However, since the substance is an UVCB, the substance is also regarded to be readily biodegradable.
