Additional information

One experimental GLP study is available testing the long-term toxicity of the test substance towards Daphnia magna. This 21-day test was conducted in a semi-static system according to OECD 211. 10 replicates of one daphnid each were exposed to test substance loading rates ranging between 0.625 and 10 mg/L. The arithmetic mean measured concentrations, determined by means of TOC analysis, were 1.01, -0.0749, 0.603, 0.346 and 0.392 mg/L. No effects on the total number of juveniles of each surviving parent, body length, first brood time or intrinsic rate of population increase was detected after 21 days in any of the tested loading rates. Therefore, the derived overall NOELR was ≥10 mg/L (nominal).
