No fertility studies were performed. However, oral repeated-dose studies up to 90 days of treatment did not give any indication that reproductive organs were affected by the test article administration.

Description of key information
From repeated dose toxicity studies it is suggested that the test substance does not adversely affect reproduction and development. In these studies the absence of any adverse findings indicate that the bioavailability of the test substance is neglectable and does therefore not induce any systemic toxicity.

Justification for classification or non-classification

There is no evidence that classification of the test item with regard to toxicity to reproduction is indicated.
