Details on results:
The solubility of the test substance was (mean± standard deviation) 1.3974 ± 0.0292 µg/ml, 1.4957 ± 0.0417 µg/ml, l.4274 ± 0.0449 µg/ml, and 1.4044 ± 0.0302 µg/ml for water, and for pH 4, 7, and 9 buffers, respectively. The values reported reflect the mean and standard deviation of all data collected for each treatment; this is three incubation intervals (A,B and C) triplicate samples at each sampling interval (1,2 and 3) and triplicate injections of each by HPLC (N=27). The pH of the saturated solutions ranged between 5.88-6.35, 3.85-3.87, 7.00-7.03 and 9.09-9.14 for water, and for pH 4, 7 and 9 buffers, respectively, when measured at each sampling interval.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
This study validly assesed the solubility in water at variuos pH levels according to the specified guideline.
Executive summary:

The study was carried out in accordance with EU method A.6 and the results are highlighted in the conclusions above.
