Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The determination of the surface tension was performed according to the OECD ring method. The surface tension of N-(Isopropoxycarbonyl)phophoric acid triamide (P204/98) is 44.9 mN/m (value 50 hours after start of measurement). If the surface tension is < 60mN/m, the test item is surface active. Due to the final result it can be concluded that the test item is surface active.
