The test item Reaction mass of CXN1-55 was found readily biodegradable. Based on REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex IX, column 2, the biodegradation testing in surface water, sediment and soil need not be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable. Studies waived as ready biodegradability applies to the test item.
