Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The elimination of the test item from the blood after intravenous injection followed a triexponential equation with very rapid distribution in the tissues and a biological elimination half-life of about 20 hours.
Executive summary:

The toxicokinetics of p-chlorobenzotrifluride were studied in 2 male F344 rats following single intravenous administration of a tween 80 aqueous solution. The elimination of the test item from the blood after intravenous injection followed a triexponential equation with very rapid distribution in the tissues and a biological elimination half-life of about 20 hours.
