Conclusions:

Since the aqueous solubility of PB-370 was known to be minimal, attempts were made to find a suitable co-solvent to provide sufficient solubility in aqueous buffers to permit testing. No suitable organic solvent was found and, consequently, no abiotic degradation testing according to the above guidelines could be carried out.
