Oxygen balance for Sweet Almond amphoacetate was calculated, based on the most representative constituent, i.e. the oleic acid amphoacetate, and resulted equal to -237. Specific rules for adaptation as decribed in Column 2 Annex VII can be applied and the oxidising properties test does not need to be conducted.

Classification for oxidising properties is not warranted under Regulation 1272/2008
