Description of key information

0.97 g/cm³ at 20 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The density of the substance fatty acids, C5-10 (linear and branched), tetraesters with pentaerythritol (CAS 68424 -31 -7) was determined using an oscillating densitimeter.

Another determination by QSAR calculation with SPARC (v4.5) for the two exemplary components covering both ends of the substance specification (0.97 - 1.06 g/cm³ at 20 °C) is supporting.
