Additional information

A short-term aquatic invertebrate toxicity test was conducted with the freshwater cladoceran, Daphnia magna for 48 -hrs exposed to propane-1,2 -diyl diacetate (PGDA) with endpoints consisiting of immobilization and mortality. The test followed OECD 202, met GLP requirements and therefore was consider the key study with a Klimisch score of 1. Test concentrations were set at 32, 56, 100, 180, 320, 560 and 1000 mg/L with a laboratory water control (DSW). The 48 -hr LC50 and EC50 values were both 237 mg/L (C.I. 207 - 294). The No Observed Effect Concentration was 100 mg/L.
