Description of key information

According to Column 1 of Annex IX, a stability in organic solvents study does not need to be conducted as the stability of the substance in organic solvents is not considered to be critical. FAT40812/A being a salt hardly soluble in organic solvents as shown in the solubility test in n-octanol as part of the logPOW determination, is not considered critical as none of the sodium/potassium sulphonate moieties is expected to react with organic solvents. Under ambient conditions stability towards organic solvents is not of concern.
