First-aid measures

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Call a physician if symptoms develop or persist.

Skin contact: Rinse skin with water/shower. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists.

Eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to

do. Continue rinsing. Call a physician or poison control center immediately.

Ingestion: Rinse mouth. If ingestion of a large amount does occur, call a poison control center immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media: Carbon dioxide, foam, dry chemical, water spray.

Protective equipment: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to prevent contact with eyes or skin.

Thermal decomposition and burning may produce carbon oxides , sulphur oxides and other toxic gases and vapors.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions:

Avoid contact with eyes. Use personal protective clothing.

Environmental precautions:

Avoid contamination of surface waters/groundwater.

Cleanup:

Stop the flow of material, if this is without risk. Following product recovery, flush area with water.

Handling and storage

Use the recommended personal protective equipment.

Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
