Description of key information

The atmospheric rate constant was estimated to be 3.9 E-13 cm3/molecule-sec. Considering an OH-concentration of 500,000 radicals/cm3 as a 24-h average, a half-life of 0.41 days and 9.835 hrs was estimated. The estimation rules applied for the substance appears appropriate. The predicted result can be considered reliable yielding a useful result for further assessment. The related acid of the test substance was used for the calculation.
