MK195K was insoluble in seawater; upon addition to seawater in the mixing jars the majority of the material would float or be caught up in the stirring vortex.

During the 48 hour course of the study, normal behavior was observed in the control(s).

A twenty four hours of exposure, mortality of one test organism was observed at 1.25mg/L. Complete immmobilization (100%) was observed in the top concentration of 10mg/L, complete mortality was observed in all replicates.

The 48 hour EC50 and 95% confidence limits for MK195K to Daphnia magna were determined to be 2.9mg/L.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The 48 hour EC50 and 95% confidence limits for MK195K to Daphnia magna were determined to be 2.9mg/L.
