Tritolyl Phosphite (BU) Acute toxicity to Daphnia magna in a 48-hour screening test resulted in an EC50 >100 mg/ml

Under the conditions of the present study with Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, no significant reduction of growth rate was observed at a WSF prepared at a loading rate of 100 mg/l, corresponding with a TWA concentration of 0.036 mg/l (NOEC).

Both the EC50 for growth rate reduction (ERC50: 0-72h) and the EC50 for yield inhibition

(EYC50: 0-72h) exceeded a WSF prepared at a loading rate of 100 mg/l. The TWA concentration measured was 0.036 mg/l, which exceeded the limit of solubility.
