Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The results of the study revealed that the test item, FAT 75637/B was non-oxidizing.
Executive summary:

The test for determination of oxidizing properties of FAT 75637/B was carried out in accordance with EEC Method A.17. The test system consists of test item in the form of powder, ignited by a gas flame in a fume hood and considered as test system as per the guideline.

Preliminary Test: During the preliminary test, there was no vigorous reaction observed, but the test item and cellulose mixture got ignited and slowly propagated with flame and got completely burnt in about 5 min.

Full Train Test: In the full train test, the test item and cellulose mixture did not ignite (or melt) and there was no propagation of reaction observed in all ratios the test item. Maximum burning rate of the reference mixture which was found to be 0.469 mm/sec.

Based on result of preliminary and full train test, the test item, FAT 75637/B, was considered to be 'Non-Oxidising'

Description of key information

Based on result of preliminary and full train test the test item, FAT 75637/B was considered to be 'Non-Oxidising'.

Justification for classification or non-classification

FAT 75637 was found to be not oxidising in the study performed according to EU Method A.17, hence it does not warrant classification in accordance with CLP (Regulation EC No. 1272/2008).
